In 2014 Subito Music Corporation launched SMD (Subito Music Distribution) a distribution service for independent or self-published composers. Under this arrangement, SMD will accept specific works for sale or rental distribution while the composer retains the individual copyright for each work. Performance materials for all works must be prepared by the composer according to Subito’s specified guidelines.
