Dealer Sales Policy

*COVID-19 Update: We encourage you to use our drop-shipping service so you, the Dealer, can have music shipped directly to your customer(s). 

Our Goal

We intend to supply you with the finest printed music. Our discount policy allows dealers generous margins that reflect the extent of the business you do with us. We will try to be flexible enough to always meet your needs as our relationship grows. While it is important to us that you stock our products, we recognize that it is more important to you that you sell the items you stock. Toward that end we will do everything we can to help you sell our products and to keep fresh, saleable stock in your store(s).

Subito Dealer Program Levels
GOLD LEVEL
Purchases of $5,000 and over per calendar year
Up to 50% discount on select titles

SILVER LEVEL
Purchases of between $1,000 – $5,000 per calendar year
Up to 40% discount on select titles

BRONZE LEVEL
Purchases of under $1,000 per calendar year
33% discount on select titles

Placing Orders
You may access the Subito Store online (http://store.subitomusic.com/) to find information about the work(s) that you wish to order, along with their catalog number(s). However, do not order from the Subito Store – you will not receive your dealer discount.

Special Promotions
Special promotions will be subject to the specific discounts and terms in the offer and will not affect the pre-existing terms the dealer receives. Purchases made under such offers will count toward the annual purchases of the dealer.

Payment Terms
Payment by credit card is required prior to shipment of your order. Credit card information is kept in our secure payment processing portal. Once your card number is entered, only the last 4 digits and expiration date will be visible to us.

Minimum Order
Orders under $25.00 net will be processed with a $5.00 service charge.

Drop Ships
We will accommodate drop shipments when possible. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 for this service.

Returns
Our policy is not to offer returns on orders. However, returns can be made for the following reasons: defective merchandise, merchandise received in error, merchandise supplied on guaranteed sale. Call 973-857-3440 for a Return Authorization number which must accompany the return package.

Shipments
Shipments will be made by UPS Ground or USPS. Expedited shipping may be available on request. We will make an effort to accommodate your shipping preference.
