One of our rental librarians will get back to you promptly with your quote, or will contact you to help you finalize your order.
No rental orders will be finalized without the receipt of a signed rental agreement. Signed rental contracts must be received no later than 21 days prior to “requested date” to insure timely delivery. Failure to do so may incur additional late fees and or adjustment of “requested date.”
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive a confirmation email for any order or request placed, the order has NOT been received. Please contact us at rental@subitomusic.com. Our normal response time is five (5) business days. If you do not hear from us in that time period, please contact us.
