Bianchi: Quodlibet

In the musical world, Quodlibet is known as a potpourri of well-known and light-hearted songs. Composers have embraced this popular form for centuries. Two well-known composers from our past whose works followed this form are J.S. Bach and Charles Ives. During the writing process, the composer gravitated towards using memorable melodic lines and harmonic content that emotes connections to joviality and elegance.
