Dealer Sales Policy

Our Goal

We intend to supply you with the finest music and related products at competitive prices. Our discount policy allows dealers generous margins that reflect the extent of the business you do with us. We will try to be flexible enough to always meet your needs as our relationship grows. While it is important to us that you stock our products, we recognize that it is more important to you that you sell the items you stock. Toward that end we will do everything we can to help you sell our products and to keep fresh, saleable stock in your store(s).

Platinum Level

Daily Discount50% (30% for Seesaw Music)
Stock Order Discount55% (40% for Seesaw Music)
New Issues Must agree to purchase a minimum of 1 copy each of new issue in the categories selected. New issues are returnable up to 6 months after invoice date, and are billed at 55% and may be re-ordered at 55% within 30 days of new issue invoice date.

Silver Level

Special Promotions

From time to time Subito will make special offers. Such special offers will be subject to the specific discounts and terms in that offer and will not affect the pre-existing terms the dealer receives depending on the category in which it is qualified. Purchases made under such offers will count toward the annual purchases of the dealer.

Terms

Daily Ordersnet 30 days from invoice date (2% cash discount if paid within 10 days)
Stock Ordersnet 90 days from invoice date.
New Issues net 60 days from invoice date (2% cash discount if paid within 10 days)

Open Accounts

Dealers with three printed music distributor references will be offered an open account with appropriate credit limit as determined by Subito.

Minimum Order

Orders under $25 net will be processed with a $3.00 service charge.

Drop Ships

We will accommodate drop shipments when possible. There will be an additional charge of $3.00 for this service.

Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization. Returns can be made for the following reasons: defective merchandise, merchandise received in error, merchandise supplied on guaranteed sale.

Shipments

All shipments will be made by UPS ground unless otherwise requested. We will make all efforts to accommodate any special or specific requests as to shipping method.
