We encourage you to use our drop-shipping service so you , the Dealer, can have music shipped directly to your customers. 

Our Goal

Our primary goal is to provide you with the highest quality printed music. Our discount policy is designed to give dealers attractive profit margins that align with the volume of business you conduct with us. As our partnership evolves, we’ll make every effort to remain flexible and adapt to your changing requirements.

While we value your commitment to stocking our products, we understand that your ultimate priority is selling what you have in your inventory. To support this objective, we are committed to assisting you in promoting and selling our products effectively. We aim to help you maintain a consistent supply of fresh and marketable stock in your store(s). Your success is our priority, and we’re here to assist you in achieving it.

Subito Dealer Program Levels
GOLD LEVEL
Purchases of $5,000 and over per calendar year
Up to 50% discount on select titles

SILVER LEVEL
Purchases of between $1,000 – $5,000 per calendar year
Up to 40% discount on select titles

BRONZE LEVEL
Purchases of under $1,000 per calendar year
33% discount on select titles

Placing Orders
You can visit the Subito Store online at http://store.subitomusic.com/ to look up details about the music you want to buy, including their catalog numbers. However, please don’t place your order directly through the Subito Store because you won’t get the discount offered to dealers.

Special Promotions
Special promotions will come with their own unique discounts and conditions outlined in the offer. These promotions won’t change the terms that dealers already have in place. Any purchases made during these special offers will still be counted as part of the dealer’s annual purchases.

Payment Terms
To complete your order, we need payment via credit card before we can ship. Please rest assured that your credit card information is stored securely in our payment processing system. Once you enter your card number, only the last four digits and the expiration date will be available to us.

Minimum Order
Orders under $25.00 net will be processed with a $5.00 service charge.

Drop Ships
We will accommodate drop shipments when possible. We charge an additional $5.00 for this service.

Returns

Our general policy is not to accept returns for orders. However, we do allow returns under specific circumstances, including:

  • Defective merchandise
  • Merchandise received in error
  • Merchandise supplied on guaranteed sale

To initiate a return, please call us at 973-857-3440 to obtain a Return Authorization number, which must accompany the return package.

Shipments
Shipments will be made by UPS Ground or USPS. Expedited shipping may be available on request. We will make an effort to accommodate your shipping preference.

You may access the Subito Store online (https://subitomusic.com/) to find information about the works that you wish to order, along with their catalog numbers. However, do not order from the Subito Store – you will not receive your dealer discount.

All orders should include:
1. Quantity
2. Catalog number
3. Product title
4. Billing address
5. Shipping address (direct or third party drop-ship)
6. Time frame for order to be received by
7. Preferred method of shipping:
USPS: Media Mail OR Priority Mail
UPS: Ground OR Express

To find a specific title you are interested in, you can access the Subito Store at https://subitomusic.com/. Use the “Search” field on the left or simply browse our many titles and catalogs using the “Categories” links.

Please remember that you will not receive your dealer discount if you order directly from the store.

2. How long does it take to process and deliver my order? 

Most orders are printed within one to two business days and ship within three business days of receipt. Please let us know if you need it sooner and we will ship express.
